Use:

Himalayan salt massage stones may be heated up with any dry heat source like a heating pad, light bulb, or even a salt lamp.  If heating them in the oven or microwave, check the temperature of the stone every 20 seconds during the heating process because the salt gets warm very fast.   Once warmed up, the stones hold the temperature nicely.

For the perfect cooling experience, chill your stone in the fridge or freezer.

Use the point ofthe wand to gently massage into pressure points to gently massage into pressure points for acupressure or slowly roll the wand to loosen tight muscles in the body.

Poper Care:

Avoid Placing your Himalayan Wands under warming water or submerging the stones in water.  Do not use soap or detergent on your salt stones.  Himalayan salt massage stones are anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, and anti-fungal meaning nothing can grow on it.

Store the massage stone in a dry place to prevent moisture from collecting on the salt.  For higher humidity enviornments, keep the salt stone in the fridge or freezer to protect from moisture.
