Directions:

With eyelids closed, apply a small amount, gently spreading downward to dissolve all mascara and makeup residue from the root of the lashes to the tips. Afterward, use moist wipes on closed eyes to remove all makeup residue until completely clean. Cleansing face and neck: Apply a modest amount to the face and neck. Gently massage and spread the solution over all required areas. Finally, rinse thoroughly with tepid water.
